Staff

While Computertrans has a large investment in assets such as vehicles and infrastructure, it’s the people that are our most valuable asset. Computertrans prides itself in maintaining a dedicated and hard working team committed to the interests of our clientele.

Staff training is a key focus for our management team. Formalised training programs are set in place for all staff, including warehouse staff, drivers, installation fleet, administration and senior management. Due to the sensitivity of our freight, we allocate a significant amount of time and effort into ensuring that all members of our staff, both administration and fleet crew, are confidently able to handle any requirement.

The Computertrans fleet is trained internally by our National Training Manager and externally by an independent training organization (DECA). This ensures all staff are up the standards of accreditation.

Outsourced training is also implemented for management staff. Our management team continue to gain valuable experience and recognition of competencies under a formal training arrangement.
